Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping

Cost: $15.00 (FREE on orders over $150)
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
Tracking: Provided via email once order ships

Express Shipping

Cost: $25.00
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
Tracking: Provided via email once order ships

Next Day Delivery

Cost: $35.00
Delivery Time: 1 business day
Note: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST for next-day delivery

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:

• Canada: 7-10 business days, starting at $20
• United Kingdom: 10-14 business days, starting at $25
• Europe: 10-14 business days, starting at $30
• Australia: 12-16 business days, starting at $35
• Asia: 10-16 business days, starting at $35

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

• P.O. boxes for express or next-day shipping
• Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for special arrangements)
• Certain remote or restricted areas

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors or household members
2. Contact the shipping carrier
3. Wait 24 hours, as delivery confirmation may be premature
4. Contact our customer service team if the package is not located

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@ardenmode.com
3. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
