Our Return Promise
At Arden Mode, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked as such on product page)
- Intimate apparel (bras, underwear, swimwear)
- Earrings and body jewelry
- Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return

- Include your order number and reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label (for US customers) via email within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: Pack Your Return
- Place items in original packaging if available
- Include the RA number inside the package
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return
US Customers: Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Return shipping is FREE.
International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow:
- 2-3 business days for inspection
- 5-7 business days for refund to be processed
- 3-10 business days for refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to original card
- PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account
- Cash on Delivery: Store credit or bank transfer (please provide account details)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Items show obvious signs of use
- Tags are missing or damaged
- Items are returned after 30 days but within 60 days (50% refund)
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate in your return request that you'd like an exchange
- We'll ship your exchange item once we receive your return
- Exchange shipping is free for US customers
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
- No need to return the damaged item unless requested
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- We'll send the correct item right away
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will not include original shipping costs. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Store Credit
If you prefer store credit instead of a refund:
- Receive 110% of your purchase value in store credit
- Store credit never expires
- Can be used on any future purchase
Sale Items
Sale items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days, unless marked as "Final Sale." All sale item returns are subject to the same conditions as regular returns.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift:
- Contact us with the gift order number
- We'll issue store credit for the item's value
- Gift purchases can also be exchanged for different size/color
